These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of everlylearn.com and the services offered by Everly Learn LLC ("Everly," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our Site or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will post the revised version on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Everly operates a marketplace that connects families seeking pediatric speech therapy with licensed, independent speech-language pathologists ("SLPs"). We facilitate matching, scheduling, and payment processing. We do not directly provide clinical speech therapy services.
Sessions may be conducted in-home or virtually, as agreed between the family and the matched SLP. Availability varies by location and therapist.
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements. If you are using our services on behalf of a minor child, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of that child and have the authority to consent on their behalf.
SLPs in the Everly network are independent contractors, not employees of Everly Learn LLC. Everly does not direct or control the clinical decisions, treatment plans, or professional judgments of any SLP. All clinical services are provided by the SLP directly.
Everly vets SLPs for licensure, background checks, and professional standing, but we do not guarantee specific clinical outcomes. It is your responsibility to communicate your child's needs clearly and to provide feedback if the match is not working well for your family.
Payment is due at the time of service or as otherwise agreed. Current rates start at $100 per virtual session and $125 per in-home session. Initial evaluations are $200. Rates are subject to change and will always be communicated clearly before you book.
Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees. You agree to keep your payment information accurate and up to date.
Everly is a private-pay service. We do not bill insurance directly. However, we can provide superbills upon request for families who wish to seek reimbursement from their insurance provider. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and is subject to your individual plan's terms.
We understand that life with children is unpredictable. Cancellation and rescheduling policies are set in coordination with your matched SLP and will be communicated to you before your first session. Please review them carefully.
Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. Specific terms will be outlined at the time of booking.
Everly is a private-pay service and does not accept insurance directly. Upon request, we can provide superbills that you may submit to your insurance carrier for potential out-of-network reimbursement. We make no guarantee that your insurer will reimburse any portion of the cost. We recommend confirming your out-of-network benefits with your insurance provider before beginning services.
HSA and FSA cards are accepted as forms of payment. Please verify with your plan administrator that speech therapy qualifies as an eligible expense under your specific plan.
